Small Doses of Exercise Can Fight Depression

A recent study is showing that even small amounts of exercise, just 1.25 hours a week of "vigorous aerobic exercise", can decrease your risk of depression by 18%.

Wow, if low exercise can achieve that, just imagine what NO exercise can do!! Nothing but naps all day! Sleep it away!

What's that? OK, I'm being told sleeping all day is a symptom of depression. Dammit.
