A gm for Denny's was arrested for allegedly embezzling over $200k over a 9 month period. Look, I'm not saying it's right. I'm just saying $200k over the course of almost a year is PENNIES for a giant corporation like Denny's. Just btw, their CEO makes over $5 million a year. And I have a feeling he's never fired up that grill. Or served a table. Or had to host at 11am during a Sunday brunch.
Wonder how great they are at providing their employees benefits and wages. Wonder if they give them over time. Wonder if part of the reason that CEO makes $5million a year is because they don't really pay their servers outside the ridiculously low tipped wages. Just lots of things to ponder while we get upset about $200k.
