A baker was not amused when a man came in asking for a coffin cake for his wife's 50th birthday because she's "getting old." The baker declared is was cruel and refused to make the cake.
What's offensive about a coffin cake? She's getting old, so the cake is obviously meant to imply it's time to make her a vampire so she can enjoy some version of youthful immortality instead of the degradation of old age. It's sweet!
