Travel and Leisure came out with it's list of the world's most expensive cocktails.
To cut to the chase for ya, the most expensive one is $22,600 at the Ritz-Carlton in Tokyo, Japan.
What makes this cocktail so exquisite? Obviously its recipe of Grey Goose vodka (-insert eye roll from every bartender ever here-), a lime twist, aaaaaand a $16,000 diamond.
What does the diamond do for the flavor? Do they ice it first and it's the world's most pretentious whiskey-rock (yeah I know it's not for whiskey, but you get what I'm saying)?
At what point is it a cocktail, as much as you're buying a diamond with a side of vodka?
If anyone orders this drink, they have no friends. I don't care if that sounds judgmental. It is. Go pay someone's tuition, and stop trying to impress people.
