By now, we're well familiar with the case of Scott Peterson killing his pregnant wife Lacey Peterson back in 2002.
OR ARE WE???
Scott is appealing his conviction and, honestly, for very good reason.
I know, I know, the way the case was presented in the media seemed like a slam dunk.
But when you read up on it, there's significant reason for doubt including it being PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE for Scott to have taken Lacey's body on his little boat and thrown it off without straight up capsizing. Not to mention, there was a break in NEXT DOOR that was just never investigated once they discovered Scott's affair with Amber Frey and decided they had their killer and motive.
Things are going to get pretty hairy here. I hope justice is served, whatever that looks like.
