According to a new Robert Half study, 71% of companies say they will require employees to return to the office full time once covid restrictions are lifted.
Never mind this study showing workers are 13% more productive when working from home.
Or this story where workers picked up a second job, doubled their salary, and never worked more than 40 hours per week.
It begs several questions.
What did we actually learn from the pandemic? Obviously not to wear masks or get vaccinated or listen to doctors.
Do we actually want workers to be productive?
Do we care about a healthy workplace environment?
And if the answer to the last two question is no, then it's important for the employee to ask, "am I happy working here?"
BECAUSE THERE'S A LABOR SHORTAGE B*TCHES LET'S GET THIS BREAD AND NOT WASTE OUR ENTIRE SOCIAL LIVES TRYING TO DO IT
