Now, they're leaving behind their "fashion show" (because women have ever needed a fashion show for lingerie. We know who it's for and what's it's for. We're not dumb.) full of size 0 models and angel wings, for a more "feminist" look.
The company has hired soccer star Megan Rapinoe and actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas as their new faces of representation. Both women are incredibly fit, beautiful, and wealthy. Diversity!
We're just not buying it anymore. Companies like VS and others who use marginalized people as a way to prop up their brands to seem socially aware insult the very people they pretend to support.
If you want to empower women or POCs, just do it.
But you don't ACTUALLY want to, VS. You want our money. You couldn't care less about these, or any other women.
