The house that was used for the exterior shots of the Brady Bunch house is for sale! It'll only set you back $5.5M!
The house located at 11222 Dilling St in Studio City was used for the outside shots of the TV family's house. Of course, the inside was on a soundstage near by. I had seen photos from the listing when the house has come up for sale in the past. I was shocked that it didn't look anything like the house I grew up watching on TV.
5 years ago, HGTV bought the house for $3.5M and has since dumped another $1.9 million into it and renovated it from top to bottom. They even added a second floor!
No it looks EXACTLY like the Brady house, complete with an orange and avocado kitchen and floating staircase!
