I used to get 45s in my Easter basket as a kid so I was destined to play music for you, I guess. Think of me as your Easter Bunny delivering new music to wrap up your Easter Sunday.
I'm guessing this was planned all along, Ghost announced a new covers EP called Phantomime which will be out on May 18th. With the announcement comes the release of "Jesus He Knows Me", a cover of the Genesis song for 1992. Of course, I included it on New Noise this week.
We're also a couple of weeks away from the final act of the Smashing Pumpkins new album ATUM. We'll get that on April 21st. While we wait, we can chew on this rocking new track called "Empires"! It reminds me of the old days!
We also got a new song from Greta Van Fleet! "Meeting The Master" is the first taste of their newly announced 3rd album Starchaser which will drop on July 21st.
Metallica's new album is out on Friday(!) and I played the title track and new single "72 Seasons". Linkin Park's "Lost" is still at #1 on the Rock chart. Mammoth WVH, Shinedown.
