Remember the colorful neighborhood Edward Scissorhands lived in? Well the actual house used as Edward's family home is for sale!
The 3 bedroom/2 bath house is in Lutz, Florida which is just north of Tampa. The current owners of 1774 Tinsmith Cl, Joey and Sharon Licalzi are big fans of the movie, bought it in September of 2020 and turned it into a museum.
Now, they're ready to sell it. They bought it for $230k and are putting it on the market for $699,000!
Wow! Too bad I just bought a house!
