What were you doing when you were 13? Let me guess, video games? That's cool. Eli Coustan is 13 years old and he just designed a website to help people in Illinois find vaccine appointments.
It's just a different way to spend your free time. Eli put his programming skills to good use and launched ILVaccine.org in February and already has had over 14,000 unique hits.
I'm constantly checking trying to get an appointment and will now be trying this new website.
