Gotta hand it to Kaner, he really knows how to celebrate!
To commemorate playing in his 1000th NHL game, Chicago Blackhawks winger Patrick Kane celebrated by releasing this meditation video where he counts to 1000.
In a tweet, Kane suggests you can use this video to help you fall asleep.
The whole thing is an hour long but if you stick with it, there are a few interludes where Patrick gives you a version of "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star".
