Remembering Freddie Mercury Today!

It was on this day 29 years ago that we lost one of the most charismatic front man to ever hit the stage. Freddie Mercury of Queen passed away on November 24th, 1991 due to complications from AIDS.

I remember being in awe of Freddie when looking at pictures of Queen in my Circus magazines. And I'm one of those guys who would scour the liner notes. I was so impressed when I read that "No synthesizers were used in making this album" on the back of 'A Night At The Opera'. The band was magical!

Let's also not forget his ability to write epic songs! "Bohemian Rhapsody"... "Prophet Song"... "Killer Queen" Hello!

May Freddie always live on in his music!
