Chicago is no stranger to pop ups. Remember Saved By The Max? A pop up restaurant based on Saved By The Bell.
The latest is just in time for Halloween. It's called Room 237, a multi room experience where you can check in as a guest of the Overlook Hotel, visit with some of the "longterm guests", enjoy some complimentary Jack and even get lost in their hedge maze.
It's at Morgan Manufacturing in the West Loop and will only set you back $35.
You'll need to wear a mask when interacting with other, due to the pandemic. The staff will be wearing masks and sanitizing surfaces continuously.
