Avondale's Void restaurant is serving up a zero-proof twist on Chicago’s iconic and divisive drink, Malört. Introducing No-Lört—a bold, herbal concoction that delivers the same bitter punch as the original, without the alcohol.
Created by Ian Adamczyk and Pat Ray, No-Lört took three months of experimentation to perfect its bitter, wormwood-forward flavor. It’s packed with hints of grapefruit and a dash of vegetable glycerin to preserve its unique taste.
Since its debut last August, No-Lört has gained popularity, especially among the sober-curious crowd and Dry January participants.
Now available for purchase in a 375-milliliter bottle, it’s taking over the local drinking scene. Whether you’re cutting back on alcohol or just curious, No-Lört offers the same bold experience as Malört—minus the hangover.
Cheers to a new kind of buzz!
