If you're trying to get 8 hours, lower your standards and just get what you can get.
If you're tired during the day, don't nap. It's screwing with your sleep schedule.
If you sleep in on weekends, it's screwing with your sleep schedule. We both know we're ignoring this one.
If you use a weighted blanket, make sure you actually like it and aren't just trying anything. The weight isn't for everyone.
