Remember when everyone was like, "if you don't go to college you won't get a job" and now we have jobs like this one where you can make $45k a year just watching and writing about reality tv?
Neato.
The job title is "Dating Show Dissector" and they want you to point out where dating contestants go wrong so every day single people don't make the same mistakes.
Um... the exact place they're going wrong is signing up for a dating show and expecting any sort of genuine relationship to come out of it. Probably not too difficult to avoid in day to day life, but you can't be too careful.
Also don't date a guy who wants to date 20 other girls at the same time and has them all live in one house together and compete for his attention. That's a red flag.
