A new poll of women 30 and older finds 63% say they feel they've become more and more confident as they've aged. Of course, 51% also say that aging stressed them out.
But to be fair, I'm not sure it's confidence we women gain as we get older, as much as it's not caring. I don't have the energy anymore. I'm not 22, I'm not trying to compete with 22 year olds, so why bother? Apathy can be incredibly empowering when you're used to caring about every single detail in how you look.
