Scott Peterson just might see his day in the sun. I mean that literally, because he's been in prison so long.
You remember his case. He was convicted of murdering his wife and their unborn child in 2004. We won't get into the horrendous details of that. It came out that he was having an affair with a woman named Amber Frey, which was established motive.
The convictions are being re-examined due to errors in jury selection. A woman who had filed a restraining order against her ex was asked if she had been involved in legal proceedings. She said no.
