This is an easy one for the not just All Nippon Airways but also the FAA right? BAN the drunk passenger that had a tantrum while on a flight to Seattle and bit a female crew member! Hell, they had to turn the flight around and land back in Japan. The airliner had to detain this drunk ***hole until Tokyo police could arrest him. Are we now biting people on airplanes? Enough is enough, stay in your seat, drink a drink a drink, watch a movie or sleep. Need to pee or take a grumpy? You can leave your seat to handle your business but then get back and buckle up.
