Let's review what we know about HOV lanes, you need at least one other passenger in your car to use them!! High. Occupancy. Lanes. How about this lady riding out in all of her HOV style in Arizona with a blow up yard ornament of The Grinch?? Hell yeah police were quickly dialed in to her gimmick and were happy to offer up some ticket violations! What I appreciate most is that someone snapped a pick of the two during the traffic stop!!
