Growing up outside of Portland, Oregon we'd set up bottles on some rocks and do target practice. Fill them with water and watch them explode was always a good time. Police were called to a residential neighborhood in Gastonia last week after neighbors heard gun shots. Upon arrival, a woman told police she was shooting the Diet Mountain Dew bottles b/c she wasn't a fan of her dad drinking them! Problem solved? Hell no! Police sited her for discharging a firearm and warned others how dangerous it is to fire a gun in a residential neighborhood by including "pls don't DEW this" in the press release.
