If you've even been in the busy drive-thru line at Chick-Fil-A, you know they are great at getting customers in and out with their food. A South Carolina drive-thru vaccination clinic had patients waiting for hours b/c of a computer failure. Who was the person they called for help? Jerry Walkowiak, a Chick-Fil-A manager, who clearly knows logistics! He quickly identified only one person was a check in, got a few additional volunteers, and cut the wait time to 15 minutes! "We saw a little hiccup in their drive-thru system, and we needed some more people, so we gathered some of the wonderful Rotary volunteers and went down there and just was able to expedite the registration part."
