Okay, Halloween is done. The election, though still being counted, is technically behind us so it's time to start thinking ahead. Weeks, years, all of that is going to be covered right now.
It's time that we start thinking about Thanksgiving and even though it's weeks away, there are hard questions that need to be considered. Where have the people you plan on having over been? How have they been? Who are they seeing? Who are they doing? That's right, the biggest question to ask is are you a whore, at least that's what Abe is wondering. Abe, mind you, who hates all traditional Thanksgiving food, literally all of it. In fact, his feelings on what should be deserved go something like this. "If I walked into thanksgiving dinner and you had a platter of Whoppers, it would be the greatest thanksgiving ever."
Moving along, let's skip Christmas and think further ahead, like 4 years from now. Abe feels that The Rock and Stone Cold should run for President and Vice President in 2024 because "they're awesome." When Angi added that maybe someone with a little bit of political experience should be The Rock's VP pick, Abe just wasn't having it. It needs to be these two because, well let's just go with it makes sense to Abe and that's good enough. I mean, we already have a reality TV host, so why not two wrestlers next. Ahh, one step closer to Idiocracy becoming reality.
Finally, a Playboy playmate was asked to put on a shirt to cover up her offensive clothing. This of course then turned into a discussion about boobs and whether or not the cover up request was justified. It was also pointed out that she was misusing her mask because of course she was. Personally, if I had cans like that I would be distracted as well. Anyway, Angi found herself really digging her and Abe wants to follow her on Instagram now. So, is there a price tag on giving up all your morals and dignity? I mean, I'm sure we've all done or would do something disgusting or immoral for price, mine tends to hover at $37 million dollars, which I long decided would be the amount of money I would need to live a happy life. So, the question became would Angi do the radio show for the prince of Saudi Arabia for a couple of million bucks. Angi, moral authority and high ground said she would not. Abe, in a shock to literally no one, sure would. This report and info dump was sponsored by learning that the WWE was paid $60 million for their Saudia show, with Shawn Michaels getting $3 million to come out of retirement, Brock Lesnar getting $3 million as well and the Undertaker getting $2 million.
We found out that Costco has a 5 pound chicken pot pie. This led to Abe not having a Costco membership and not really wanting to go because they're not doing free samples anymore. Angi offered to take him along but as usual, it turned into a discussion about other things like items being dumped in the aisles and things that Abe hates.
As part of the learning portion of the show today, we were taught that hand sanitizer will set you on fire. A man who used a lighter after he had sanitized his hands caught fire you know, probably because of all the alcohol in there. This led to listener Jason calling in to tell his own story of how he once caught fire. When he was six years old, he was fed 16 bean soup by his mother and told not to fart near an open flame. Being inquisitive as most six year olds are, he did just that and boom, burst into flames. Well, I think that's all that needs to be said for today imo.
