Chicago’s Skyline is Getting An Upgrade

360 Chicago has just unveiled exciting plans to redevelop the top three floors of the former John Hancock Building (875 N. Michigan Ave.) — and it’s one for the books.

The vacant 95th & 96th floors, once home to The Signature Room, will be reimagined as part of a three-story immersive observation deck.

The 96th floor will serve as a premium event space, while the other levels will be connected by a stunning multi-story atrium.

Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and brought to life with immersive exhibits from WB-Immersive, the space will soon become one of only a few multi-level observation experiences in the world, and the first of its kind in Chicago.

“The pressure is on — and we want to get this right,” said 360 Chicago's Nichole Benloken. The redesign is expected to open in 18–24 months, marking a new era for Chicago’s skyline and its visitors.

From locals to tourists, this will be a must-do in Chicago.
