It started with a foul smell coming from a warehouse building just south of Denver. Imagine the smell of 189 decaying bodies, left to decompose by the owners of funeral home while the mourning families were sent fake ashes. I simply can't even begin to contemplate the anger, sadness, loss and grief these families must be dealing with, not only from their loved ones passing but the recent discovery fake ashes.
One family has filed a towards the Return To Nature funeral home and the owners, Carie and Jon Hallford citing intentionally inflicting emotional distress, negligence and fraud. The gentleman that filed the lawsuit had his own father pass away 3-years ago, was sent his remains and yet the body discovered in this warehouse last month.
Why?
