Potty training. It takes time and patience right? Two Daytona Beach police officers put their 3 1/2-year old son in jail after having potty training accidents. Like the same kind of jail you and I would have the pleasure to stay in if we messed up. This kid is 3-years old!!! At what point would anyone think putting a kid in jail for peeing his or her pants would be a good idea?
Of course the officers are under investigation BUT they still don't think they did anything wrong. “We’ve tried books, we’ve tried run around without pants, you name it we’ve tried it,” the father told the investigator. Their son was sent to jail on two occasions, each time for a total of 13 minutes while the dad had his eyes on him the whole time.
“I said you know what I do for a living,” the father explained. “I said I’m a cop. I take bad boys to the jail that don’t follow the law. So that’s what I did. I said you know you aren’t following the rules, let’s go to jail.”
