Harvard-trained nutritionist, Dr. Amy Shah, says certain food additives actually make us hungrier when we eat them. She recommends limiting

  1. monosodium glutamate (MSG)
  2. Refined flour
  3. Refined sugar
  4. Gluten

Ok so I guess we'll just starve then. It'll be a cold day in hell before you catch us eating plants.
