Happy Birthday to my all-time favorite guitarists.... David Gilmour tuns 77 today! He plays every note with so much emotion and soul. It's not how many notes you play, but how you play them! We had to add one of his iconic solos to the Setlist today!
Sublime With Rome announced a new show in town today. They'll be at Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island on July 28th with Slightly Stoopid. Not only did I give away tickets, but it also seemed fitting to play "Sweet Leaf" from Black Sabbath for CJ in Rolling Meadows!
Dio for the 708, AC/DC for Jake in the 219 area code... not a bad way to start the week.
