Don't fall out of your chair, but exercise is good for you. Look, there's proof: a study that says just 11 minutes of daily exercise can decrease one's chance of premature death.

Sounds like a lose-lose situation to me. Have to do exercise every single day just to have to deal with all this bullsh*t longer? Hard pass.
