He's got a beautiful mullet and he once again put on a streak show in Phoenix! The "Mullet Streaker" was arrested last week at The Phoenix Open golf tournament for leading officials on a wild chase on the greens rockin' a speedo that ended with a belly flop in a pond. Golf is great!
