Work negatively effects your mental, physical, and emotional health- This could mean skipping meals or canceling plans for work, or constantly feeling like you're failing at your job

You never say "no" to work

You try to hide the amount of work you're doing from other people- This looks like justifying needing to work longer hours or claiming it's "just a one-time thing"

You tie your self-worth to your job- if you're motivated by anxiety or guilt, that ain't good.

Even when you're not working, you're obsessively thinking about work

I got 4/5, how about you? We should probably go to therapy about it but we can't take the time off work.
