Thomas Barnes says his dog, Marino, jumped on the bed, stepped on the remote with his paws, and THAT is why the Hustler channel just happened to be purchased on his account. We'll just gloss over the coincidence that the dog just randomly selected THAT channel. And that it takes multiple clicks to purchase.
He contacted DirecTV and, even though they told him they'd remove the $70 charge, they didn't. The FCC eventually got involved and refunded Barnes' money.
This is literally the adult version of "my dog ate my homework."
