Wearing Fitness Watches Increases Your Steps

A new study out of BYU is showing the simple act of wearing a fitness watch is enough to increase your steps. Don't gotta check it. Don't gotta track it. Just gotta wear it.

Essentially, just being aware something is tracking your activity makes you more active.

So... that's what "fitness watch" means? I thought it was when you watched all your friends go to the gym while you enjoy your life.
