How to Sleep Through the Night

If you're one of those people who seems to wake up every single night between 2am and 4am, there's a hack for that!

Dr. Scott Beyer says it has to do with an imbalance of your cortisol and adrenaline hormones and yada yada science stuff. His solution is to eat close to bedtime and again right when you wake up.
