Kitchen Skills Boost Mental Health

Contrary to what your dinner guests may tell you, a new study shows people who took a 7-week cooking class showed significant improvements in mental health, overall health, and general wellbeing (don't ask me the difference between overall health and general wellbeing. I'm pretty sure the wellbeing had to go to a military academy (get it?? GENERAL wellbeing?? ok back to the original sentence)) compared to the control group.

Granted, these results were self-reported by the participants.

It would improve my mental health and Lieutenant Colonel Wellbeing if my husband improved his skill in the kitchen.
