Being Sleep Deprived May Lead to Eating More Sugar

According to some science thing, if you aren't getting enough sleep at night, you're more likely to eat like crap (weirdly this study was only done with teens, but they assume the results can be applied to adults. Obviously, you care immensely about such details.) And yeah, obviously. When we wake up an hour before our alarm and can't get back to sleep, egg whites and protein shakes don't exactly comfort us. No one gets up in the middle of the night, sneaks down the stairs, take the bright light of the fridge directly to the face, just to gnaw on some asparagus. Anyway, that's my lukewarm take of the day.
