This actually sounds like a good idea. A Norwegian company is building a doomsday music vault on an arctic island somewhere between the North Pole and Norway, buried 1000 feet beneath the ice and snow (Zeppelin's "Immigrant Song" is suddenly raging in my head).
They say they will fill the vault with the most important musical works ever created (now that's subjective).
The company, Piql, also claims that the vault will be able to last over 1000 years and be able to survive a nuclear attack and electromagnetic pulses.
I'll gladly offer my band's song "Save Yourself".
So the question is, what songs would you put in the vault?
