Disney is finally giving Star Wars fans what they want: a "real" lightsaber. It's got sound effects, it's got light, and IT'S RETRACTABLE!!! It doesn't seem to look awkward and clunky either.
The downside is, as of now, the lightsabers seem to only be apart of Disney's upcoming Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser hotels for guests to purchase. I don't even want to think about those prices.
